A compact Agapanthus with gray-green and gold variegated foliage that fades to gray-green and cream as leaves age. The variegation is very stable; i.e. foliage does not revert to solid green but rather retains its variegation, even as the plants age. Umbels of 40 to 60 violet-blue flowers arise in late spring to early summer. Pacific Sunset is a vigorous cultivar that is densely foliaged.
